When a request includes reference video, Cheap.dev bills the reference duration and generated duration together. The catalog rates below apply to each billable input or output second; for example, a five-second reference plus a five-second result bills ten seconds.

How to read the comparison

Choose the tier before comparing price

Standard targets maximum quality, Fast prioritizes lower latency and cost, and Mini is the economical tier. Select the tier that fits the workload, then compare providers inside that tier.

Match resolution and input mode

A 480p floor price is not a 720p or 1080p production price. Reference-video requests may also bill input duration as well as output duration, so compare a complete request rather than only the headline per-second number.

Include operational tooling
