Kling 3.0 video API pricing: Standard, Pro, audio, and 4K compared

Kling 3.0 does not have one API price. Standard, Pro, 4K, native audio, voice control, resolution, and promotional rates can all change the bill. This comparison keeps those configurations visible and places Cheap.dev’s live rates beside like-for-like public routes.

Kling 3.0 video API price table

Prices are normalized to one generated second and a five-second clip. Promotional rates and configurations that do not state tier or audio mode are labeled rather than treated as direct equivalents.

What Kling’s official billing table tells us

Kuaishou’s official Kling 3.0 guide uses an internal billing unit rather than public API dollars. Its relative rates increase with resolution, native audio, and voice control. That structure explains why provider pages must state both resolution and audio mode, even when their API marketplace uses different tier names.

Why Kling 3.0 prices look inconsistent

Audio adds roughly 56–57% on Cheap.dev Standard and Pro routes

Cheap.dev’s price rises from $0.07 to $0.11/sec for Standard and $0.09 to $0.14/sec for Pro when sound is enabled. External headline prices in this audit do not all state an equivalent audio setting.

Voice control is another billing mode

Cheap.dev’s current public catalog exposes sound rates but does not list a separate voice-control feature, so this article does not invent or infer a voice-control dollar price.

4K and O3 are separate cost tiers

Atlas Cloud’s verified 4K figure is for Kling O3, not Kling V3 Standard. It appears as a market reference with the O3 label, not as a like-for-like Standard comparison.

Methodology and sources

We checked Cheap.dev’s live pricing catalog on August 22, 2026. The external provider rates were last checked on August 6, 2026. We removed rates sourced only from blogs, product guides, or pages that did not display the numeric price. Clip estimates equal published per-second rate × five seconds and are rounded to cents.
